*BILLING AND CANCELLATIONS: All membership packages will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled prior to the end of the current subscription package term, or unless you selected a non-recurring type of membership, such as a 90-day non-recurring membership plan. Membership cancellations will not be accepted via email but must be cancelled at https://support.ccbill.com  It is important that you keep the welcome email you receive from the billing company after you join.


*REFUND POLICY: refund of membership fee paid will be given if a member can demonstrate that he is unable to use the site as set forth in this agreement due to no fault of his or her own, or at the discretion of the billing company that charged your card or bank account, or if required by law. Should a refund be granted, refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Member is responsible to immediately report any technical or other issues to VegasCastingCouch.com or its authorized third party technical support specialists at  support@phose.me. Failure to report any issues that prevent member from using the site as intended in a timely manner may result in having your refund request denied.


As a member of Phose.me, you agree to not contact the administrators, webmasters or operators of any of the bonus sites for any reason.
*Phose.me reserves the right to limit the amount of content a member can download and/or stream per day.

*The member agrees to hold harmless Phose.me, its parent companies, subsidiaries, owners, officers, affiliates, associates, and employees, including without limitation under any and all courses of action.

Phose.me monitors memberships, user names and passwords and distribution and transfer of said information will result in immediate suspension of service. In order to combat unauthorized access, Phose.me may put automated security measures in place that block a user name or IP address after 3 unsuccessful log-in attempts, or if a user name has been used to access, or attempt to access, the members area from more than 3 different IP addresses within 48 hours. Phose.me may, at its sole discretion, reinstate a login if it reasonably believes that the lock-out occurred due to user error or security system malfunction. Phose.me reserves the right to change user names and passwords if it deems either user name or password has been compromised in any way. Member will be notified via email of such changes.

*Phose.me does not have access to your credit card or checking account information. However, data such as your name, address, and email address may be accessible to Phose.me and its officers and employees. Member expressly and specifically acknowledges and agrees that his email address or other means of communicating may be used to provide customer service, send him offers, information, or any other commercially oriented emails or other means of communications. Member can contact Phose.me to opt out of receiving offers or other commercially oriented emails. All information transmitted via email to Phose.me is deemed the sole property of Phose.me

*Your use of this site means you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy including all its GDPR provisions (if you are located in the European Union). 

* It is the sole responsible of members to acquire all equipment (hardware and software) necessary to access, navigate, and view the material contained on this site. Streaming videos were tested by third parties on Apple iPad, iPhone 4, iPod 3GS, and several Android devices such as HTC Thunderbolt and Evo, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Motorola Xoom, and others, as well as numerous different Windows PC-based computers, and Apple Mac OS-based computers. At the time of testing, the streaming videos used for these tests were found to be working on these devices, however there is no guarantee this will be the case for every device or every member due to Operating System upgrades, missing plugins, user customizations and changes, Adobe Flash updates, hardware incompatibilities, changes to how video is handled by browsers, server issues, improper encoding of video, device malfunction, user error, or other reasons. * Without prejudice, Phose.me has the right to cancel or refuse membership to any individual or entity at any time.

*Without limitation Phose.me does not infer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by Phose.me or a 3rd party source contained herein.

*All motion pictures, still images, sounds, text, and any and all other material contained in this site are the sole property of Phose.me and are not to be copied, disseminated, sold, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of Phose.me
